About the vacancy
To Support ourfurther worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to joinour team. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleaguefor our internationally operating Design & Engineering Team. As ProjectEngineer you are responsible for the design and construction of the buildingand its installations, from the Business Development phase until final takeover by our Operations Department. Based in the company's office in India, youwill be part of a multifunctional team and exposed to many parts of our globalbusiness. You will be reporting to the VP Design & Engineering located inour offices in Breda (the Netherlands) from which office you will be supported withthe necessary knowledge.

What will you do?

• Lead the design of the building and its technical installations

• Prepare the tender packages for the general contractor and other subcontractors
• Monitor the engineering process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership
• Support the Project Manager with the permitting process
• Liaising with local engineers for input on design
• Monitor the engineering process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
