- Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation.
<\/li>\n - Collaborate with other professionals and users to determine functional and non\-functional requirements for new software or applications
<\/li>\n - Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
<\/li>\n - Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
<\/li>\n - Mentor software team on coding skills, issue\-tracking and source control system skills, and agile development mentality
<\/li>\n - Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
<\/li>\n - Involve in code reviews, bug tracking, project management with the rest of the team.
<\/li>\n - Develop, document and implement system libraries, modules and applications for Paledify
<\/li>\n - Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
