\n o <\/span>Productivity of the unit\n <\/div>\n
\n o <\/span>Recruit, coach and develop Agent Advisors\n <\/div>\n
\n o <\/span>Adherence to Customer service standards\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Meet unit targets\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Achieve revenue targets \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Ensure implementation of GOLD system \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Supervise the activity plan of Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Track productivity measures as for the unit: \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>AFYP\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Case rate \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Annual mode business\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Persistency\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Paid cases per agent\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>YTD appointments\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Pro active agent retention \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Annual FYC standards\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Execute plans for growth of the agency\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Identify, interview and select new Agents from natural market and by networking \n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Ensure retention of Agents by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis\n <\/div>\n
\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>HO co\-ordination\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Sales promotion activities\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/span>Assist in overall running of the Office\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n
\n DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:\n <\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  1. Graduate preferably with an MBA<\/li>\n
  2. If MBA, minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people. <\/li>\n
  3. A graduate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the above domain and at least one year of Sales Experience <\/li>\n
  4. Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organisations <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div><\/span>
