Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – Tue to Fri, WFH on Monday)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level solutions across Microsoft 365 platforms. This role focuses on building scalable applications, automating business processes, and enhancing content and records management systems.

You will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions using SharePoint Online (Modern Experience), Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to digitize and streamline business processes
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, and integrations
• Customize SharePoint components including lists, libraries, pages, metadata, and site structures
• Develop and support SPFx solutions using React, Fluent UI, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and Azure services
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support tickets
• Prepare technical documentation and design artifacts
• Follow SDLC, governance, security, and change management practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirement gathering, demos, and deployments

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Experience working with:
  • SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, and Hub Sites
  • Dataverse and connectors
  • SPFx development and custom web parts
  • REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SharePoint environments

Good to Have

• PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration
• Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and security
• Experience with Power BI (reports and dashboards)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work independently in both project and support environments
• Structured and documentation-focused approach
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure / Power Platform / M365)
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience with data integration or automation solutions
