Senior Associate-Program Mgmt
In this role, the Senior Associate - Program Management will lead ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) Welcome programs for India, including ETS Welcome and New Leader Welcome, as part of the global Talent Excellence Talent Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring new colleagues and leaders joining ETS in India have a welcoming onboarding experience, access to key resources, and the support needed to successfully begin their journey at American Express.

- 3+ years of experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Able to communicate effectively with senior leaders, including up to the SVP level, in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across a broad stakeholder group
- Strong problem-solving and program management skills
- Detail oriented, timeline driven, ability to thrive under pressure situations
- Self-starter with high level of accountability and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, open-ended challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively across U.S. and India time zones
- Manage and deliver the ETS Welcome Program for all new ETS India colleagues including live welcome calls, communications, and all follow ups
- Coordinate and facilitate the New Leader Welcome program for all new people leaders in ETS in India and the UK on a recurring cadence
- Serve as an ambassador for American Express and the Talent Operations team, helping new ETS colleagues feel welcomed, engaged, and connected to the global organization
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Colleague Experience Group, stakeholders across ETS, and colleague networks to support a comprehensive and globally consistent program experience
- Monitor, track, and report on program performance, including weekly metrics, stakeholder updates, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date program documentation
- Ensure program activities align with relevant organizational policies and established compliance requirements
- Serve as a key point of contact in India for Technical Bar-related questions, guidance, and resources
- Support and help lead site events such as career development events, intern and apprentice events, and senior leadership visits
