Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, CFA, or equivalent.
Proven experience in financing projects, debt management, and investor relations.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or asset-heavy industries preferred.

1. Hospitality Sourcing

  • Lead sourcing for all hotel-specific categories:
    • OS&E
    • FF&E
    • Guest supplies, amenities, uniforms, BOH, IT, kitchen equipment, etc.
  • Work with brand technical/services teams to finalize specifications and ensure compliance with operator standards.

2. Coordination with Adani Group Techno-Commercial (TC) Team

  • Act as the single point of coordination between Hospitality and the TC team.
  • Ensure all requisitions, specifications, vendor lists, and BOQs for pre-opening items are channelled through the TC team as per Group procurement protocols.
  • Follow up on RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, PO issuance, and delivery schedules managed by the TC team.
  • Maintain adherence to Adani's Delegation of Authorities (DoA), procurement guidelines, sustainability requirements, and compliance controls.

3. Pre-Opening Procurement Management

  • Develop detailed pre-opening OS&E and FF&E procurement plans for each hotel.
  • Map procurement timelines to the hotel's project program (construction, handover, operator onboarding).
  • Ensure all purchase processes are initiated well in advance, preventing last-mile delays.
  • Track end-to-end procurement status - from specification to delivery to site installation.

4. Stakeholder Alignment Across AOCs

  • Coordinate closely with Asset Owning Companies (Realty, Airport City Side Development, NMDPL) to ensure alignment of specifications, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across design, projects, finance, sustainability, technical services, and operator pre-opening teams.

5. Standardization & Efficiency Improvement

  • Develop standardized:
  • Equipment lists
  • Brand-approved vendor lists
  • Specification templates
  • Rate cards and framework agreements
  • Ensure consistency across all Adani hospitality assets to reduce cost, improve quality, and streamline operational efficiency.

6. Responsible & Local Sourcing

  • Prioritize local sourcing from Indian manufacturers, regional partners, and MSMEs whenever feasible.
  • Promote responsible purchasing in line with Adani's ESG and sustainability commitments:
    • Energy-efficient equipment
    • Recyclable materials
    • Reduced carbon footprint
    • Ethical vendor practices
    • Evaluate suppliers for environmental and social compliance.

7. Tracking, Reporting & Controls

  • Maintain procurement dashboards and MIS covering:
  • Status vs. timelines
  • Cost vs. budget
  • Vendor performance
  • TC team procurement progress
  • Highlight risks early (delays, technical gaps, price impacts) and drive mitigation.
  • Ensure full documentation and audit readiness for all procurement.
