Lead - Technical Support, Electrical / Mechanical
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience in technical support roles within large-scale industrial
operations, preferably in the coal, chemical, or energy sectors.
Proven track record of managing maintenance and technical support teams in high-pressure
environments.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Advanced certifications in maintenance management or relevant technical fields are
preferred.

Extensive experience in handling electrical and mechanical systems in industrial operations,
with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Lead the technical support team in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and
mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. -
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of critical equipment and systems within
the Coal to Chemical operations. -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technologies and best
practices for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. -
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance
equipment reliability and lifespan. -
Provide technical expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems
and equipment. -
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions. -
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in all technical operations, fostering a
culture of safety and compliance. -
Support the Head Project in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including capacity
expansion and process optimization projects. -
Train and mentor team members to build technical capabilities and ensure knowledge
transfer. -
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive
innovation and continuous improvement.
