Educational Background

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the Natural Resources business unit's operational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Design and deliver technical and managerial training programs to enhance workforce capabilities in areas such as integrated coal management, mining operations, and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions to address current and future workforce needs.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning, virtual simulations, and on-the-job training modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Partner with external training providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to bring best practices and cutting-edge knowledge to the organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with the business unit's operational processes and performance metrics.
- Drive leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders within the Natural Resources vertical.
