Associate Manager - Projects
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/ Civil)
Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Ensure timely completion of projects as per the business plan within allocated budget by optimum utilization of resources through supervision
Provide input to the Regional Head during development of the GA annual business plan
Prepare monthly plans based on the approved project plan and implement the operational framework developed for both short term and long term
Develop survey reports, route maps and alignment of upcoming grids for refinement of the network plan by Engineering
Lead the technical evaluation of site including feasibility of proposed Network (CNG stations, PE and Steel) and finalize the report on planned potential vis a vis proposed Network
Coordinate with Engineering and planning department to prepare drawings before execution and with O&M, AI & HSE to visit and review the critical cases
Oversee the selection & construction of mother station, online station, daughter booster station & daughter stations
Ensure, in collaboration with contracts & procurements, all necessary contracts for contractors are in place and presides the regular project progress review meeting with contractors
Monitor project progress vis a vis budget on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis & provide feedback to GA Head
Ensure site teams are aware of their responsibilities for safe work and must comply with requirements of HSE policy and procedure and relevant legislation
Ensure Capability development for the team through performance management, training and mentoring to drive high performance and engagement and enable achievement of current and future business needs.
