Deputy Manager-Civil - Projects

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in civil construction greenfield projects
• Experience in the Power/Energy industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry
• Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Experience in civil construction greenfield projects

• Strong leadership abilities
