Team Member - Estimation
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree preferred in supply chain management, business
administration, operations, finance or a related area
General Experience
More than 5 years of experience in estimation , supply chain management, procurement
Technical Experience
Hand on Experience of cost estimation processes. Knowledge of cost estimation nuances.
Exposure to best industry practices for cost estimation.
Exposure to end-to-end procurement and supply chain management, templates, data, e-procurement
systems (SAP, Ariba etc.),
Extensive Stakeholder Management experience across diverse stakeholders
Preparation cost estimate (Civil, Mechanical , Electrical and services ) as per requirement for BU procurement activities
Coordinate with Category management team / Engg/ Project team to get technical details for estimation requirements
Support to Business development in providing cost estimates for bidding purpose
Explore opportunities for enhancing efficiency in estimation processes
Develop & Maintain BU specific standard cost templates and processes
Follow standard templates released by CPO for common items and input for any improvement required in templates
Review the cost estimates with the actual value of procurement to understand accuracy of estimates
Digitalisation of cost estimate processes to reduce response lead time and improve accuracy.Provide support in seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and valueConduct data analysis in own area of work and take informed actions basis the same
