  1. HR Generalist - Hiring/ Recruitment of vacant positions at site as per Org Structure
  2. Employee Lifecycle Management - Hire to Retire process
  3. Performance Management System
  4. Conducting meetings as per the Mines Act applicability such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee etc.
  5. Conduct meetings with contractors monthly and educate them on latest amendments /observations of inspections/responsibilities as an employer.
  6. Manage Time office and attendance management system.
  7. Ensure coverage for all regular contractors in Kronos CLMS system and Kronos related compliances.
  8. Ensure 100% compliance as per the DGMS Guidelines and Provisions of the Factories Act & other applicable labor laws within the stipulated time.
  9. Ensure proper maintenance of contractor's records & registers / returns and ensure Nil Observations during statutory authorities' inspections.
  10. Inspect/Review Statutory compliance of the Contractors and company. ensure timely compliance - 100% monthly.
  11. Ensure all employees shift updation on a weekly basis.
  12. Resolve issue related to attendance/Leave/Coff/ Regularization.
  13. Prepare Consolidated monthly IR MIS for monthly meeting.
  14. Disciplinary action against absenteeism case of ARPL/AEL employee.
  15. Employee Grievance Management.
  16. No of Man days lose due to IR issues (Target - Zero).
  17. NCs observed during internal compliance audit / External inspections.
  18. Wage disbursed on or before timelines - 7th /10th.
