Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0-3 years of proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Direct and coordinate the sales team's daily activities to align with company policies and goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies that drive revenue and market share growth.

Set performance standards and evaluate sales team effectiveness regularly.

Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to the sales team.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
