Presentation Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Presentation Specialist is responsible for providing deck support to internal teams through creating engaging and memorable presentations in PowerPoint. The individual in this role is a creative, collaborative, deadline-driven communicator who understands NextRow's brand messaging and can use their creative and technical skills to visualize business concepts and create compelling presentations that intrigue audiences and drive business. This role also requires the specialist to put together RFP, RFI responses in word, PDF formats. Key responsibilities: Proven experience of 4+ as a Presentation Specialist or other PowerPoint Designer position. Outstanding PowerPoint skills. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Excellent sense of modern, inspirational design. A keen eye for detail, high standards of the first-time-right quality. Ability to work with minimal supervision with highly demanding stakeholders. Able to handle time pressure and deliver quality presentations at very short notice with a high degree of uncertainty. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Communications or Marketing can be a value added. Exposure to User Experience (UX / UI) or Design Thinking is appreciated. Key Experience: Critical thinker. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
