- Strong in English communications: Oral/written
- Mandate 5 years of VMware Horizon View technology support
- Hands-on experience resolving escalated issues of end users from L1 engineers, and also must have hands-on experience of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Citrix support.
- Server operating systems, Citrix, VMware, and networking tools.
Qualifications/Certifications
- Full-time Diploma/ Degree/ engineering is preferable./Any of the below-mentioned certifications is preferred
- VMware Horizon View /CCA/MCSA 2012/16
