Role Requirement Summary: L&D Head - Sales
Experience & Background:
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 10 years of core experience in Learning & Development (L&D), ideally within high-performance, sales-driven environments.
- Strong background across Sales, HR, and L&D, with demonstrated ability to align training with business outcomes.
- Must have led L&D and HR teams, with experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven experience in pan-regional collaboration across diverse business units.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
Certifications & Qualifications:
- Certified L&D professional from a recognized institution
- Additional certifications in instructional design, behavioral training, or coaching will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the L&D and HR team to ensure delivery of strategic training initiatives and HR interventions.
- Identify training needs through business analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance data.

Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on:
- Sales skills (telecalling, field sales, B2B/B2C selling)
- Soft skills (communication, conflict management, negotiation)
- Behavioral and leadership development
- Partner with regional and functional heads to customize training interventions.
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improving content and delivery methodologies.
