Position- Robotics Systems Engineer / Senior Robotics Engineer

Focus: Full system ownership, integration, reliability

What you'll do:

Own end-to-end robot system architecture

Integrate perception, planning, targeting, embedded controls, sensors and compute

Work across robotics + embedded + perception teams

Build reliable field-ready robotic systems

Design system for rugged outdoor deployment

Improve targeting reliability on uneven terrain

Define latency budgets & system timing

Debug full stack: ROS2, embedded firmware, sensors, networking

Design fail-safe and recovery behaviors

Optimize compute pipelines for real-time

Own robot performance in field trials

Requirements:

4+ years robotics / autonomous systems

Strong C++ and Python

Strong ROS2 architecture experience

Strong Linux systems knowledge

Experience integrating multiple sensors

Experience working with embedded systems

Experience building real-world robotic systems

Understanding of perception, planning, calibration, controls

Strong debugging across hardware + software
