About OneSB
One School of Business (OneSB) is an emerging hub for transformative business education,
designed to create leaders of tomorrow through a blend of academic excellence, real-world
exposure, and a strong entrepreneurial culture. As we scale our presence in South India, we are
seeking an experienced Admissions Head who will play a critical role in building the student
community at OneSB through strategic outreach, admissions management, and stakeholder
engagement.

We are looking for a highly driven, well-networked, and experienced professional to manage end-
to-end admissions operations for our management and business education programs. The ideal
candidate must bring deep insights into the higher education ecosystem, with a specific focus on
South India, and must have the ability to connect with a diverse student and influencer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Management:
o Manage the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrolment.
o Track and ensure quality leads are converted into confirmed admissions.
o Implement CRM tools and processes to monitor candidate progress.
Outreach and Promotion:
o Drive outreach activities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities-especially across
Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
o Build and maintain strong connections with undergraduate colleges, university
departments, coaching centres, and placement agencies.
o Organize and represent OneSB at education fairs, seminars, webinars, campus
events, and virtual info sessions.
Stakeholder Networking:
o Leverage and expand networks with placement consultants, career counselors,
college principals, and deans.
o Build rapport with parents, influencers, and educators who impact student
decisions.
Communication and Engagement:
o Design and execute high-quality communications campaigns using emails, SMS,
WhatsApp, and digital media.
o Deliver compelling presentations and information sessions to prospective students and families.
Data-Driven Strategy:
o Analyze data from CRM and lead platforms to improve the efficiency of lead-to-
admission conversion.
o Support the marketing team in developing region-wise admission strategies
based on performance trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an Admissions Officer or similar role in a
reputed management school or engineering college.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with targets, admissions goals, and reporting structures.
Proven ability to manage outreach and admissions pipelines in high-pressure
environments.
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi is essential for effective
outreach across South India.
Preferred Attributes:
Deep-rooted network across undergraduate colleges in South India.
Familiarity with regional student behaviour, career expectations, and influencer
ecosystem.
A positive, energetic personality with exceptional people skills and a passion for student
engagement.
Willingness to travel extensively across South Indian states.
