What will you do-
We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in RDBMS
platforms, specifically PostgreSQL and KeyDB, to manage and support mission-critical
production databases. This role focuses on database availability, performance optimization,
reliability, and operational excellence in a high transaction fintech environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, manage, and support PostgreSQL and KeyDB databases across
production and non-production environments.
Ensure high availability, replication, backup, and recovery of database systems.
Monitor database performance, capacity, and health; proactively identify and resolve
issues.
Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for RDBMS workloads.
Handle production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
preventive measures.
Plan and execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance with minimal downtime.
Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
Work closely with application, systems, and operations teams during releases and issue
resolution.
Maintain database documentation, standards, SOPs, and runbooks.
Participate in 247 on-call rotations and support critical production issues.

Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech) or any
equivalent degree/course.

Work arrangement - 5 days working from of Office

Location - Noida/Bangalore/Mumbai
