Ideal Candidate

  • Preference given to people with experience in holiday Sales with a travel company
  • Must have a strong experience of managing a holiday sales team
  • Must have strong domain knowledge and is able to instill confidence in sales team

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Ownership of sales targets individual/team
  • Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International sales: Long Haul & Short Haul)
  • Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member
  • Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan
  • Drive growth and improvement through people development
  • Regularly coach and develop team members
  • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
