Job Overview

PROPACK Technologies is seeking a driven and technically sound Senior Sales Engineer to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, understanding client requirements, and delivering effective techno-commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct techno-commercial presentations and negotiations with clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure.
  • Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Address commercial or technical concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth execution.
  • Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and sales performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in machinery or manufacturing sales.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
