Job Description: Business Development Specialist
Direct Sales
Responsible for direct sales in the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand.
Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources.
Conduct online/face-to-face product demonstrations for prospects and customers in all industry verticals within the territory.
Prepare proposals, provide pricing, negotiate, and close deals in the assigned sales territory.
Actively participate in management meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Train and mentor other sales team members, ensuring they are updated on new features to address customer needs effectively.
Pre-Sales and Technical Support
Ensure prospects and customers receive adequate support from the customer service team to resolve their issues.
Required Candidate Profile:
Presentable with good leadership skills.
Proven sales experience in software or software services.
Perseverance and a strong understanding of internal and external customer perspectives.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to engage customers and partners while delivering value.
Hands-on problem-solving aptitude with the ability to conceptualize appropriate solutions for complex business needs.
Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diversified teams.
