Technical Content Writer

Location - Noida

Work Mode - 5 days WFO

Responsibilities and Duties

Content Creation

Develop high-quality, engaging content across blogs, websites, social media, marketing

assets, and internal communications. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style,

tone, and quality standards.

Technical Writing

Create clear and concise technical documentation that simplifies complex concepts related to

products, platforms, and services. Familiarity with data analytics, cloud technologies, or

similar technical domains is highly desirable.

SEO Optimization

Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and traffic. This includes

keyword research, meta descriptions, content structuring, internal linking, and optimizing

existing and new content.

Website Content Management

Manage and regularly update company website content using AI-powered tools. Ensure

timely updates, content accuracy, and alignment with product releases, campaigns, and

announcements.

AI-Driven Content Creation

Leverage AI tools for content ideation, drafting, optimization, editing, and performance

improvement while maintaining human creativity, accuracy, and brand tone.

Social Media Content Creation

Collaborate with the social media team to strengthen presence on platforms such as LinkedIn,

YouTube, and Instagram. Develop timely, relevant, and engaging content aligned with

campaign goals and audience interests.

Copywriting

Write compelling and persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns,

event promotions, and other marketing collateral that supports business objectives.

Internal Communication

Create clear and effective internal communication content, including announcements,

newsletters, campaign updates, and leadership messages to support organizational alignment

and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure content reflects

the latest product features, value propositions, and sales strategies.

Event and Webinar Content

Develop content for events and webinars, including promotions, session descriptions, speaker

briefs, follow-up communications, and post-event summaries. Support webinar planning,

promotion, execution, and content repurposing.

Long-Form Content Development

Research, outline, and produce in-depth whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and thought

leadership content on technical, data, and industry-focused topics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in a technology,

SaaS, or data analytics environment.

Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear,

engaging, and accessible content.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, or

similar platforms.

Proven experience managing and updating company websites, including AI-assisted

content workflows.

Strong proficiency with AI content tools for research, writing, optimization, and

content scaling.

Experience creating and managing social media content and content calendars.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail, flow,

and grammar.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when required.

Experience in event content creation, webinar coordination, and post-event content

analysis is a strong plus.
