About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Installation Manager to lead and oversee AV (Audio-Visual) installation projects across the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AV systems, hands-on project execution, team leadership, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage end-to-end Audio-Visual (AV) installation projects.

Coordinate with project managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure all installations meet technical and quality standards.

Manage regional installation teams, ensuring task allocation, performance tracking, and on-site support.

Oversee project timelines, materials planning, and work schedules for successful project delivery.

Conduct site surveys, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with installation guidelines.

Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to teams and clients.

Maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed during installations.

Prepare regular progress reports and escalate issues when required.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in AV (Audio-Visual) installations, integration, and project coordination.

Strong knowledge of AV equipment, integration standards, cable management, networking basics, and installation best practices.

Experience managing large teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

Ability to troubleshoot complex installation issues on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

Local Bangalore candidates are strongly preferred.

Working proficiency in Kannada to ensure smooth communication with on-ground teams, vendors, and local stakeholders.
