Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Media Manager at Careerflow.ai. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build new campaigns in Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels
• Test campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve and refine performance
• Manage a log of all important media decisions
• Communicate accurate and timely daily results to leadership
• Identify trends and insights to track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues, including feed management and data tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance
• Remain up to date on industry best practices and new developments

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

• 3+ years of required experience in Paid Media and managing a high volume of campaigns
• Data-driven with strong Excel and analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Analytics is required
• Budgetary experience, including proven optimization for strong ROI required
• Bachelor's Degree

• Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
• Thoughtful and self-reflective, willing to learn

• Excitement for startups and building from the ground up

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Startup and/or EdTech experience is a plus
• Passion for EdTech, HRTech, and/or digital marketing is a plus
