Their comprehensive home buying platform, enables the buyer journey end to end, right from discovery of renovated houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.

Role Summary

We are looking for a super energetic HR Business Partner to join our founding team. The

candidate will directly report to our Head of HR / Founder and handle all non-recruitment

HR activities in Truva.

What you'll do:

The candidate will own all processes for onboarding, engagement, productivity and exit

for all corporate employees.

What we're looking for:

Energetic individuals with 2+ years of HRBP experience in product based startups

Comfort and high expertise in excel based tracking and data management

High level of communication and rallying skills
