Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: On-Site Hyderabad - 5 Days WFO

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. You will be responsible for designing and delivering outstanding user experiences across our digital platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
  
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  
• Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
