About the Role

We're hiring a seasoned HR Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition and People Operations as we scale from 70 to 300+ employees in the coming years. This is a critical role reporting directly to the founder and working closely with all departments to build and manage the next phase of the company.

You'll own end-to-end hiring across roles and functions, manage our current HR Ops and bring structure, speed, and clarity across all people processes, from hiring and onboarding to performance cycles and cultural initiatives.

What You'll Own

Lead full-cycle hiring across all teams from workforce planning to offer rollouts

Collaborate with department heads to define roles, finalize JDs, and align hiring priorities

Source candidates through portals, referrals, and targeted outreach

Manage interview pipelines, candidate experience, coordination, and feedback loops

Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end

Manage HR Ops, ensuring timely execution across HR operations

Oversee HR documentation, background checks, policies, and vendor coordination

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required

Support appraisal cycles, promotion plans, and performance tracking with founders

Handle employee related queries around payroll, ESOPs, claims, and other HR needs

Build and improve systems and workflows that can scale with the team

What We're Looking For

6-10 years of HR experience, with a strong track record in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

Experience scaling teams from 70+ to 300+ is highly preferred

Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Great communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with hiring tools - HRMS, and internal people systems

Prior experience managing junior HR team members
