With an AUM of 2,250 Cr and Gold Loan AUM of 1,600 Cr, we are on track to achieve 10,000 Cr AUM by 2029. We are looking for a strategic leader to drive exponential growth in our Gold Loan business.

Role Overview:

The Business Head - Gold Loan Vertical will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and expanding the Gold Loan business across multiple states. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep industry expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Expansion:

Develop and implement strategies to scale the Gold Loan business.

Identify new markets, set up branches, and drive branch profitability.

Work closely with the leadership team to achieve AUM growth targets.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Drive customer acquisition and increase the Gold Loan portfolio.

Optimize pricing, interest rates, and product offerings for maximum profitability.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.

Set clear performance metrics and ensure achievement of business goals.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Ensure robust risk assessment, collateral security, and regulatory compliance.

Work with internal teams to maintain low NPAs and high portfolio quality.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

Forge partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and other stakeholders.

Leverage technology for operational efficiency and customer experience

enhancement.

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: 12+ years in Gold Loan business (NBFC/BFSI sector)

Skills:

Strong expertise in business expansion, risk management, and P&L ownership

Leadership ability to drive strategic growth and operational excellence

Strong market knowledge of Gold Loan lending practices and customer behavior

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across operational regions
