Roles & Responsibilities
Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)
Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorising and prioritising as per the defined TAT
Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services
Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager
Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL
Proper understanding of the client's requirements
Understanding PHP code will be an added advantage
