About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing team. The role involves overseeing sales, expanding the Independent Financial Distributor (IFD) network, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch as a profit center and manage day-to-day operations

• Acquire, onboard, and manage Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs)

• Drive business development for primary market and investment products

• Guide and train IFDs on digital platforms and product knowledge

• Expand the branch network and ensure high productivity

• Maintain strong client and partner relationships

• Conduct business development events and activities

• Ensure compliance and branch performance excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, etc.)

• Experience in empaneling and managing IFAs/IFDs

• Strong understanding of wealth management and primary market products

• Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills

• Graduate/ Postgraduate; NISM VA certification preferred
