Overview - We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated, proactive, team
players and have excellent communication skills. You need to work with the Sales team to develop
and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Job Brief:
Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation
efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience International Market like US, in
demand generation, a deep understanding of the lead generation process, and strong
analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns through cold calling,
mail campaigns, LinkedIn, events, etc
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead
opportunities.
Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements.
Provide engaging and articulate information about our value proposition to potential
customers.
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs in CRM
system.
Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability
Develop a strong knowledge of our products / Services in order to facilitate the sales
process.
Understand how the benefits of our products and services can meet customer's needs in
various business verticals.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google's applications.
Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha,
Zoho CRM
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation
efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with Customer influencers, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create
cohesive demand generation efforts
Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques
Conduct market and Account research to identify opportunities and challenges
Create and manage demand generation forecasts
Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such
as leads, conversions, and revenue
Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Requirements and skills
3-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
