Associate Professor - MBA/BBA (Aviation Management)- One School Of Business
Qualifications:
MBA (Aviation Management) / BBA (Aviation) / MCA / B.Sc. (Aviation/Aeronautics/Aerospace)
Ph.D. (preferred or pursuing) in aviation management or related field
Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or industry experience in aviation
Responsibilities
Teaching & Curriculum:
Deliver UG/PG courses (e.g., Airline Operations, Airport Management, Aviation Economics)
Develop and update engaging course materials using modern tools .
Mentoring & Student Success:
Guide student research and projects in aviation topics
Support academic and career development, facilitating internships and placements
Research & Professional Growth:
Conduct research in areas like aviation safety, policy, sustainability
Publish in journals, attend conferences, and collaborate with industry partners
Service & Industry Engagement:
Participate in academic committees and faculty recruitment
Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and aviation seminars
Build relationships with airlines, airports, and regulatory bodies
Student Assessment & Development:
Evaluate student performance via exams, projects, and presentations
Monitor progress, offer feedback, and run career-enhancement programs tailored to aviation
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in aviation management and teaching
Proficient with digital pedagogy and simulation tools
Excellent communicator with solid research and industry network skills
Reports to: Head of Aviation Department / Academic Dean
