Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in AWS Cloud Services, Linux, and

infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across compute, storage, networking, and

security in the AWS ecosystem, with a good grasp of Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and shell scripting. You will be

responsible for maintaining and scaling cloud infrastructure and supporting engineering teams in delivering reliable and

secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Work with EC2, Lambda, EBS, EFS, and S3 to build and maintain compute and storage solutions.

Configure and manage networking and security components such as VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NACLs, and

Load Balancers (ALB/NLB).

Implement and manage IAM roles and policies to ensure secure access control.

Support and manage AWS-managed databases (both SQL and NoSQL).

Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.

Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system maintenance tasks.

Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to support application lifecycle from development to production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong experience working with Linux-based systems.

Proven hands-on experience with key AWS services:

o Compute: EC2, Lambda

o Storage: EBS, EFS, S3

o Networking & Security: VPC, Subnets, NACLs, Security Groups, ALB/NLB

o IAM: Roles and Policies

o Databases: Experience with any AWS-managed SQL or NoSQL database

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.

Proficiency in Bash shell scripting.

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, routing, etc.).

Good grasp of programming concepts (language not mandatory but helpful).

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer)

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Experience in a fast-paced Agile/DevOps environment.
