We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Manager to oversee the development and delivery of a software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the project within scope, timeline, and budget, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Architecting and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  
• Software Development: Architecture the Project, Design and Lead the module development.
  
• Team Management: Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, UI/UX.
  
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
  
• Client Site Traveling: Travel and meet with different stackeholders.
  
• Project Closure: Follow desired approach to close the project.
  
  

Requirements

Educational Background:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.
  

Experience:

• 8+ Years Software Development Exp. 3+ Years of managing multiple projects
  

Technical Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Web Full Stack OR .NET Full Stack is a must.
  

Skills:

• Very good in Software Development skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

Nice to Have :

• Agile-specific certifications.Hands-on experience in programming or understanding of technical architecture.
  

Must Have:

• Educational Background: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT or a related field.
  
• Experience: 5+ years of Software Development + managing,Web Full Stack OR .NET Full Stack is a must.
