Inshorts - Motion Designer

Position: Motion designer

We're looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create engaging, high-impact motion designs for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English/Hindi.

Responsibilities :

Taking design briefs to understand requirements

Create motion snippets to be used for various purposes like in-app showcasing, ads for user acquisition.

Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand guidelines

Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks

Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

Skills/Qualification :

In-depth knowledge, of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery

Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Blender or any other tool of the same category (plus)

Well versed in the required tools to work with a wide range of design styles

Self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment

Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a time

Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field

Location - Noida Work experience - 1- 4 yrs
