blend of creativity and data driven expertise, driving tangible results within a work culture that
fosters innovation, supports growth, and encourages creative freedom.
About the Role:
You'll be building and maintaining high-impact marketing websites and web applications that
drive real business results-from lead capture to brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on development role focused on client-facing websites across industries like
real estate, healthcare, pharma, and education. You'll work primarily with the Next.js + Node.js
stack, along with React, WordPress, and Webflow, to create fast, SEO-optimized, and
conversion-ready digital experiences.
You'll also develop internal tools (automation scripts, CRM dashboards, analytics interfaces)
using the same modern stack.
Every line of code you write will support performance marketing goals-so you'll need to care
about Core Web Vitals, tracking accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and SEO structure as much
as clean architecture.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain marketing websites using Next.js (SSR/Static), React, and
Node.js-optimized for speed, SEO, and conversion.
Develop custom WordPress and Webflow sites when needed, including theme/plugin
customization, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Architect and deploy full-stack web applications (both client-facing and internal tools)
using Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
Integrate marketing technologies: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4,
WhatsApp Business API, CRM webhooks, and ad platform tracking.
Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, accessibility, and search engine
visibility.
Collaborate daily with marketing strategists, designers, and content teams to translate
campaign goals into functional, high-performing websites.
Manage end-to-end deployment on AWS (or similar cloud platforms), including DNS,
SSL, CI/CD, and server configuration.
Troubleshoot and fix live issues across front-end, back-end, and third-party
integrations-quickly and independently.
Continuously improve our tech practices by adopting relevant modern tools, frameworks,
and performance strategies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of live marketing or
business websites.

CSS3, responsive design
