Product Development Engineer

Post Location: Noida

Qualification: Engineering Graduate/Science Graduate.

Experience: 5+ years

Major Job Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping,

testing, certification, to mass production.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality,

Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure timely development and launch of

products.t.

Identify market needs, customer requirements, and technology trends to define product

roadmap.

Manage technical specifications, documentation, and version control for all new

products.

Ensure products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (CE, BIS,

RoHS, etc.).

Optimize product cost through design improvements, vendor development, and BOM

cost reduction

Specific skills required:

Relevant experience on design & development of low ampere, low voltage, compact

AC/DC power adapters.

Core Competencies required:

Strong understanding of power supply electronics, circuit design, electronics hardware,

embedded systems and mechanical design.

Strong expertise in power adaptor design and development, power supply design and

development.

Knowledge of power components: MOSFETs, PWM controllers, rectifiers, transformers,

magnetics, thermals.

Understanding of testing standards: EMI/EMC, environmental, safety, reliability, CE/BIS.
