Position Overview:
We're looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React who is passionate about product development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating scalable modules into our existing application suite. This role requires strong backend and frontend expertise along with the ability to guide junior developers when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend modules using Node.js and Express.js
Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js
Integrate new modules into the company's existing product suite
Work with MySQL and other databases for data modeling and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product features from scratch
Mentor and support junior developers within the team
Ensure code quality, modularity, and maintainability through clean, well-documented code
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines
Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
Strong experience with MySQL and familiarity with other databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs
Familiarity with modern JavaScript ES6+ and React state management
Experience in working on product-based development (not just projects or service-based)
Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and version control (e.g., Git)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
