Job Overview -
Build the finance function bottoms up.

Requirements -
Chartered Accountant with 10 yrs + experience leading finance functions.
Experience in scaling finance functions in startups from Seed to Series B / C.
Proven track record of managing FP&A , Accounts and reporting and investor relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic financial decision-making.
2. Investor Relations

Prepare financial materials and assist with due diligence to support investor communication and
fundraising efforts.
3. Working Capital Management

Optimize cash flow and raise working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and
financing channels.
4. Controllership

Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient accounting processes.
