Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary :

As a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and guidance to high net worth individuals. You will play a crucial role in managing and growing our clients' wealth portfolios, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the financial need & risk appetite of the client & recommending suitable products from the array of financial products available with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, NCD, Structured Products, Equity, AIF, Private Equity, Real Estate, Life insurance, General Insurance etc (We work as an Open Architecture).

Advising Affluent clients on their Investments across a gamut of wealth products and managing their overall financial portfolio.

Analyse client portfolios and make necessary suggestions.

Seek to establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial need can be addressed and solutions offered.

Achieving financial goals and maintaining organization brand value.

Ensure highest levels of customer service and experience to these customers.

Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising on asset allocation within their financial portfolio and guide them on their investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Wealth Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and wealth management practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
