Job Title: Product Manager - Fintech (Lending ,Insurance and Mutual Fund )

Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 3-7 Years

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for lending ,insurance products and Mutual fund Products .
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Gather requirements from Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal & Compliance.
• Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and product flows.
• Coordinate with the tech team for development and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end consumer journey for loans ,Insurance and Mutual Fund .
• Ensure compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines ,IRDAI and SEBi norms.
• Handle integrations with lenders, insurers, credit bureaus, PGs, CKYC, e-sign, e-mandate, etc.
• Conduct UAT and ensure smooth releases.
• Monitor product performance metrics and optimize funnels.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, collections, and support teams.
• Drive continuous improvements, A/B tests, and feature enhancements.
• Train internal teams on new product features.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of fintech product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending lifecycle and insurance processes.
• Experience working with engineering teams and API-based products.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

• Experience with LOS/LMS systems.
• Experience with insurance aggregator platforms.
• Exposure to digital lending or consumer fintech.
