Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop, implement, and take ownership of sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

  2. New Revenue Streams - Identify and explore innovative business opportunities and untapped markets.

  3. Sales Pitch & Conversion - Build and deliver compelling pitches to convert prospects into long-term clients.

  4. Client Relationship Management - Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to maximize retention and growth.

  5. Lead Generation - Proactively identify and qualify new leads across multiple channels.

  6. Database Management - Maintain and update CRM/database to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
