Role Overview
We are looking for a Director of Product to own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for our AI and SaaS portfolio. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in LLM-based products, Agentic AI systems, and SaaS product management, along with strong people leadership and execution excellence.
You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, and Leadership teams to define product vision, roadmap, and successful go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LLM and Agentic AI products.
Lead the development of AI-first SaaS products, from ideation to scale.

Drive product discovery using data, customer insights, and market research.

Partner with AI/ML teams to translate LLM capabilities, agent orchestration, and AI workflows into user-centric products.

Own product metrics including adoption, retention, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure product architecture.

Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, and enterprise adoption.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

Act as a key stakeholder in leadership discussions and influence company-level product decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
-
10+ years of total experience (minimum 8 years in Product Management) in product-based companies.

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager / Group PM / Director of Product in SaaS environments.

Strong hands-on experience with LLM-based products (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

Experience building and scaling Agentic AI products (multi-agent workflows, orchestration, autonomy).

Solid understanding of AI product architecture, data pipelines, and model integration.

Strong working knowledge of SQL for product analytics and decision-making.

Experience leading and managing cross-functional product teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Good to Have

Experience working with enterprise AI products or regulated industries.

Exposure to MLOps, AI safety, observability, and prompt engineering.

Experience scaling products from 01 or 110.
