Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts
• Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities.
  
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal/tendering negotiation contract closure execution follow-up collections.
  
• Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects.
  
• Work closely with the operations team for project execution and payment recovery.
  
• Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale.
  
• Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong communicator with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  
• Deep understanding of B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement).
  
• Ability to engage with senior officers/bureaucrats.
  
• Consultative and solution-oriented mindset; strong relationship builder.
  
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).

Preferred Profile

• Experience: 8-15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field.
  
• Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales.
  
• Added advantage: Prior work with EyeROV's existing clients
