Job Description:

  • Meet and engage with architectural & design clients.
  • Acquire new dealers and expand the business by building a strong sales network.
  • Establish trust & confidence with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, and Dealers.
  • Focus on channel sales, particularly in high-end wood-related building products.
  • Manage and support existing dealers/clients while ensuring their business needs are met efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on emerging market trends.
  • Be open to travel across India as per business requirements.

Required & Core Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable & dynamic personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively through strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
