Role: Tech Lead

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining complex applications. As a
Tech Lead, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of
high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and
deliverables.
Architect and implement scalable, robust, and secure application solutions.
Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and
maintenance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-7 years of hands-on experience in application development.
Proficiency in [programming languages and technologies relevant to your stack, e.g., Java, Kotlin,
Swift/Objective-c, Flutter, etc.].
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance
environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
