Job Title- Workforce Management Leader

Experience- 10+ years

5 Days Office in Noida.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager with deep exposure to IT delivery

environments. The role is responsible for end-to-end resource planning, demand forecasting,

utilization optimization, and stakeholder management across multiple accounts or portfolios.

The candidate should be comfortable working with senior leadership, delivery teams, sales, and

HR to ensure optimal staffing aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation

Own short-term and long-term resource planning across projects, programs, and

accounts

Align demand forecasts with available capacity and hiring plans

Ensure optimal utilization of billable and strategic resources

Manage bench size, redeployments, and release planning

Demand Forecasting & Capacity Management

Partner with sales, delivery, and finance teams to understand pipeline and forecast

demand

Translate revenue and project forecasts into headcount and skill requirements

Identify capacity risks and proactively propose mitigation plans

Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to Cluster Head , Sales & Finance team in terms of Workforce

management

Support leadership with data-driven insights on utilization, margins, and capacity gaps

Handle escalations related to resource conflicts and prioritization

Process & Governance

Define and improve RMG processes, policies, and governance models

Ensure adherence to utilization targets, billing compliance, and staffing SLAs

Drive standardization and best practices across accounts and regions

Reporting & Analytics

Publish regular dashboards and MIS on utilization, capacity, hiring gaps, and attrition

impact

Provide insights to leadership for decision-making

Track KPIs such as utilization %, billability, bench aging, and fulfillment TAT

Required Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

Strong expertise in IT resource management, capacity planning, and demand forecasting

Experience supporting delivery models such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid

Good understanding of revenue, billing, and margin concepts

Tools & Systems

Experience with RMG tools or workforce management platforms

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus

Behavioral & Leadership Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence without authority

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, or related field

MBA or relevant certifications are an added advantage

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT services specially in start-up environments

Exposure to large-scale transformation or growth programs
