- Analyze customer behavior across touchpoints and key metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Support the end-to-end execution of personalized promotion campaigns, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution tracking, performance analysis, and deriving actionable learnings.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated analytical workflows using SQL, Python, and PySpark to enable efficient data processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
