ROLE - Relationship Manager
LOCATION - Goregaon / Andheri /Chembur
WORK MODEL - 6 days working from office
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Single owner of the whole process and single point of contact from offers acceptance to registration of a Truva property
- Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.
- Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, registrars to ensure smooth registration

- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure smooth closings.
- Comfort in managing multiple transactions
